Beechmount Country House - Terms and Conditions

Beechmount Country House, Bed & Breakfast facility works to the underwritten statements of trading.

All bookings for rooms are contracts of commitment and as such due regard of cancellation must be given in the following manner.

A cancellation from the guest will incur the following penalty:

• Within a seven day period from the booked date; a loss of deposit or a minimum charge of £50
• Within 24 hour period of the booking; 50% of cost towards the full booking
• None attendance of guest without informing the proprietors; full cost of stated booking

Beechmount Country House maintains the right to cancel bookings at short notice. In this instance the proprietors will:

• Refund any deposit paid
• Supply the guest with full reason for the cancellation
• Make all reasonable efforts to seek suitable alternative accommodation on behalf of the client

All non accidental breakages are the liability of the guest

Full Public Liability insurance is in place for all attending guest who are registered with Beechmount. The liability does not cover any other persons invited by the guest without the full knowledge of the proprietors.

The proprietors take no responsibility for injury to persons or damage to vehicles within the grounds of the parking area of Beechmount Country House.

The clients are requested to use the prescribed areas of the grounds and garden areas. The proprietors take no responsibility for accident or injury in any area not designated as client/guest areas.

A clothes washing facility is available to all guests. The proprietors take no responsibility for the condition of clothing washed using the facilities.

The condition of all rooms is inspected before and after attendance by the client/guest. Any discrepancy in content or damage to rooms will be recompensed by the client. Alternatively the proprietors may take legal proceedings concerning these matters.

The timing of the closing of the main entrance will remain the discretion of the proprietors.

Behaviour likely to cause a disturbance within the guest area will terminate the contracted booking at the discretion of the proprietors without course to refund any deposits paid and with full payment for all days booked. The health and safety of all guests is the main propriety while staying at Beechmount.

The proprietors reserve the right to request some personal details from clients with regard to addresses and phone numbers. These will be secured by the proprietors and strict confidentiality will be maintained with regard to this information.

Any breach of health and safety issues attached to the welfare of clients will be reviewed as a matter of priority by the proprietors.

The proprietors reserve the right to review the terms and conditions as stated at anytime.
